Shareholders are responsible for allowing all these extra shares to be added outside of escrow.
Share holders need to wake up. They wonder why our SP does not get any traction, it's because they keep approving shares to be issued outside of the 15% escrow.
And it's the same Fund scalpers getting them. We should never ever approve any shares outside of the 15% allowed under escrow.
