"HIO's low cost funding package comprises of a 2%facility fee totalling A$4M million which is payable within 12 months from the anniversary date of the agreement. This will comprise A$2 million in cash and the balance in shares (based on 90% of the 90-day VWAP preceding the 12-month anniversary date." The agreement clearly places HIO in the drivers seat to pay the transaction fee on or before December 2022....!!!
