A reputable BOD would not want the sp to get over-inflated and would ensure it was moderated with rational market releases. Massive sp volatility is a sign of company instability.
You know that saying, "Where there's smoke, there's fire". Well in the instance of CPH, you can actually see the flames burning down the building. The fire brigade (ASIC and the AFP) are even there trying to put out the fire.
