Most of us are hoping for a dramatic sp lift on flow test. If this fails we all know the consequence - that's oilers.

PANR have indicated they will work with 88e as we both benefit from success. PANR involvement in the Frac design and fluid use will be very beneficial and reduce risk.

in my opinion: If flow test successful it may be an opportunity to exit- but there is likely to be a rush for the door.

if things look positive, I assume next year a horizontal well on gravel pad.

I anticipate that 88e will follow PANR and get an independent report from SLB as PANR did looking for a Re-Rate.

A restructure 1:100. is very likely to reduce shares outstanding and impact of future dilutions to fund horizontal and production.

I suspect an arrangement to tap into PANR TAPs connection
