I agree they are all further down the path than SGA but they also all have higher market caps. As SGA moves further down the path one would expect their market cap to match that of their peers.
Kazakhstan is located directly between China and Europe giving Sarytogan access to two of the world's largest markets via land/rail.
Tanzania is located on the southeast coast of Africa so to access these markets product would need to be shipped by boat and shipped a much longer distance.
