I said before the vendor of the project to WMN is David Reeves (sourced from https://finstat.sk/50579681 which shows that David Reeves is registered to CE Metals s.r.o. which owns the project).

David Reeves is the chairman of European Metals Holding Limited (ASX: EMH). EMH has performed well over the past year, going from $0.27 a year ago to $1.07 today.

Now that's why WMN is changing to European Cobalt Limited! The vendors can appoint one party to the board of WMN but according to the Notice of Meeting, have not decided who it is.. I am guessing it would be David Reeves.
