The grade improvement should significantly enhance cashflow in the first period of production ( before the processing plant is built on site ). That will come from reduced shipping costs as a proportion of OPEX.
Let's say they can initially mine ore containing grade 36% Halloysite instead of grade 18% then that halves shipping costs for feedstock needed for each tonne of toll-processed product.
