yep. reminds me of the Minotaur (MEP) + Andromeda (ADN) ----> Demetallica (DRM) -----> AiC mines (A1M) kerfuffle a few years ago that I was caught up in.. minotaur had stagnated in a frustratingly similar way, and its board certainly got looked after once a takeover came.
