Nope.
Firstly 300 mil capex (ATC) for 3 stage crystallisation plant. Poochera ore only requires one stage.
Secondly there has been no communication that a HPA plant is in consideration.
Today's news is about another possible end product for ore sent to China.
The plan is DSO then partially or fully beneficiated ore. Capex will be very small.
