With a lot of countries close, or as near too a recession as possible, its obvious, punters regard cash over shares at this point in time.
Can you turn a sows ear into a silk purse?, possibly, but it takes time.
Like a record, I cant see regime change at the board level, well ,we actually did have regime change, musical chairs maybe, but those who know the most, thought it was the right move to make.
