More to do with the Credit Suisse (short) interest in the stock at its inception. This in my mind may have prevented the SP gaining further ground in the beginning.
Interesting that Lady Mac has been given this portfolio. She's an interesting political personality. I have her in higher regard of late (quite low base) and think that she is a straight shooter with an ability to perhaps develop things from ground up - probably something this sector needs.
