this is all well public information above. No debate about the overlay product they have. The biggest challenge they have is banks are very slow to move and endorse external technologies. Churn rate will be low if they can start signing a few deals. Would imagine minimum 3 to 5 year deals. So for recurring revenue that is gold..... as you can lick in revenue for that period....

They have the team in place they just need to sign a few deals this Q. Once they do that scale into Europe will be on the agenda. To me this is minimum a 100 M Market cap business but until they get some deals they will not rise as those invested have been looking for.
