and @mondrian was one of a few that actually questioned it but the usual crew told him to bugger off - and he was right the whole time!!!!!

management need to be held accountable for taking Shailpresh word for what was going on when an inspection of the factory may well have told all - so did they not go and inspect the factory and batteries and when they said that there were all these sales orders upon certification - then should they not have been aware that it appeared to be garbage??>

so IMO whgen you invest so much in a JV then yes its MNS and management doing cause for the simple reason they should have had their eye on the ball when looking at the amount of SH funds invested in the JV and more imoprtantly thats why there were supposedly paid the big bucks!!!
