Sorry Taurean but as a minimum there have been regulatory policy changes and court rulings over many years and I do believe that there were a couple of amendments for single words but I would need to recheck.. But even without amendments to actual words, policy directives and court cases do impact how rules are interpreted and therefore how they are applied so I am sorry it is incorrect to say no changes for 30 years. That’s simply not true. I am sure however that you will reply with a boisterous explanation of how I am wrong but I am comfortable in my knowledge of the law and its application having been a lawyer for 30 years including as a General Counsel for a long time and having managed company secretarial over a decade. I won’t respond further on this as I am sure a tennis match isn’t appreciated by other posters but I felt the need to clarify.
