S32 are buying project equity in Greater Riqueza, not company equity.
Sufficient fine print has already been announced to confirm as much. If you are suggesting they can buy ICG outright they'll need to find a decent whack of it on market or in a private placement first. Hopefully the new committee isn't completely oblivious to that possibility and nonetheless not as easy to achieve as you suggest.
