Ann: Incident at iM3NY Battery Plant, page-3

Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd (“Magnis”, or the “Company” (ASX: MNS; OTCQX: MNSEF; FSE: U1P) advises a minor incident occurred today at the iM3 New York (“iM3NY” Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant in Endicott, New York. A faulty sensor in the exhaust system caused some smoke which was instantly extinguished. There was zero damage to the manufacturing equipment. The Company and iM3NY’s highest priority are the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees and contractors.
