Seems a bit like sour grapes to me. Also why the middle ground offer relative to the "valuation"? Agreed. . . When Musk wanted Twitter he offered well over market price . . . that's how TO usually goes if the buyer wants a deal . . . as to why the BOD agrees to any takeover assuming the upcoming tests are positive is anyone's guess . . . "Cough up Pfizer"
