Draft Independent Expert Report confirms that Revised Scheme is fair and reasonable
and in best interests of ResApp shareholders.
Independent Expert doesn't stand to lose money, shareholders do. It may be fair and reasonable, but it is not in my best interest to throw away my money to Pfizer!
