Some companies will pump their stock by making an excessive number of "Price sensitive" Announcements even when the announcement is a rehash of prior news.
Other companies will operate a business without a licence to do so.
Lepidico on the other hand

Whether or not they secure funding/offtake, you cannot question the morals and ethics of the company.
