Quite simply, people who haven't travelled and lived in different cultures often lack perspective to invest in places like Myanmar. It has problems but so does the rest of the world. I studied at university in Thailand but wouldn't invest a cent there at the moment - yes LoS, everyone's favourite holiday destination (not sure if anyone knows about KCN). I'm comfortably invested in Myanmar though .
