Bit harsh In my view this guy has a huge amount of experience and a lot to offer and I have just topped up with another 100,000 shares and are comfortable and happy with my holding as I do have confidence in the new appointments I reckon the CEO is making good decisions on his new appointments. please remember its the right kind of people ( like some of the recent appointments) that will make us wealthy. best regards to all long term holders
