EML won’t be wearing any costs, it is quoted in their release.

It appears that dormant money in accounts have been claimed early or taken by the previous owners.

This has left a hole that EML will fill from prior balance sheet years and have options to reclaim that money from the previous owners.

Any funds put back will be returned in the years 22/27. This I would assume is without any recourse to get the money back from the previous owners.

So perhaps EML did have bases covered with their purchase.

I expect more to come but things are looking very good in my view.
