I think Dean Martin needs to be a little smarter than to make commitments about official announcements to an individual shareholder phoning in. Don't get me wrong Possum, I(and I think I'm right in saying we) appreciate your efforts and communication and you have done the right thing. I thought the CEO was smarter than that - hope he learns from it and he should "taken aside for a chat" on the matter.
The CEO should have been less definitive about timing and simply said we are working on it and will release as soon as we can. Public announcements undergo iterative refinement through a number of people. Slightest errors and ambiguities are picked up and they take time to agree the wording and often unpredictable how long that could take.
Yes, could sell at 3.0c and hope to pick up again at 2.6c but very risky - think I will just sit and hold as I am confident that by February we will see this moved into higher levels.
