could not agree more, also the fact that there are 2 large orders parked at 0.69, 1 at 1000000 and another at 2500000 which I think are Ruffys, so I hope that enough stock is bought buy Hedge Funds @ 0.695, or it could be a tactic so ruddy scopes a few more at and above that price.
Capital Expenditure should decrease dramatically from here on.
And Mr Lowball knows it.
