Can I remind you all of Starpharma's response to Chopper4's letter to investor relations concerning Vivagel approval by the FDA...

We recently provided an update regarding Starpharma’s options to achieve approval of VivaGel® BV in the US in the Company’s January newsletter (attached for your convenience).

Please be aware that the FDA processes Starpharma must work within can be protracted and bureaucratic and don’t necessarily yield definitive outcomes in our preferred, or predictable timeframes. Unfortunately, the formal FDA channels of communication are the only ones available to us and timelines for these processes are outside of our control. Regardless, we continue to actively work with our team of specialist advisers to negotiate the requirements and bring this product to market as soon as possible.

In the meantime, in addition to the launches of VivaGel® BV in the UK, Europe, Asia & Australia, Starpharma is working actively with Mundipharma in multiple other regions to secure regulatory approvals and market launches, and we note Aspen expect to launch Fleurstat BVgel in New Zealand in the coming months, where regulatory approval is already in place.

IMO it is more important to get Vivagel to the rest of the world, as quickly as possible. I would rather management just entertained the FDA until they finally concede its use worldwide and welcomed it to the land of the free. Ha!

But even more important is to get some DEP Docetaxel results before financial year end. It was stated, in black and white, in JF's presentation at the AGM.
So, right now, no one is selling and no one is buying. That is fine, but if the DEP results are as good as I hope they will be, then the fun and games will really begin in June.

Oh, and no one is going to take over this company at a discount. The current shareholders with large holdings just would not allow it. Full stop. Take a look at the top holders and the size of their holdings, and ask yourself if they would sell out, having waited so so long for the pot of gold. No way, José!
