If Add Energy are well management and engineering consultants, what would a drilling and project management tender provide that was different? If Add Energy aren't providing those services anymore then who initiated the tenders on 31 May, 9 June, 5 July etc.
Reading between the lines is that Advent appointed Add Energy maybe without JV (Bounty) approval which probably requires tenders for all drilling/services etc.
