Absolutely. Its not as simple as I said. Certainly, if the NPV(8) was near $600M post tax, but it only included ceramics, then I'd still hold, provided the IRR remained above 50% and the capex wasn't too much higher. Lots of things to consider. But a post-tax NPV(8) over $600M is the primary thing impacting my decision. Conversely, if the NPV was marginally over $600M, but it included everything, ie cosmetics, cement, ceramics, etc; then there'd be no upside left, IMHO, and I'd bail.
Interesting times ahead.
