HZR had a complete stuff up with their hydrogen plant, it arrived very late, and didn't meet specifications, and had to be rebuilt. I haven't followed them closely since I sold ages ago. Point is, this stuff happens. But yes, its understandable to be sceptical. I just keep coming back to the point that it'd be irrational and myopic for JM to be stating anything other than the truth. If the CC plant was a fraud, then the company would never have completed the ML, the merger, the BOAs, the NNT agreements with Uni of Newcastle, etc, etc. Fraud companies are frauds through and through. So with everything ADN has achieved, I'm inclined to believe JM that the CC plant is simply caught up in the shipping chaos, as that is the most rational explanation under the circumstances.
