I'll back NRL1970 up as having more of a clue. Yes the share price needs to go up, but not through a delisting exercise that doesn't make much sense. The only way the value of this goes up is if there is a strategy that makes sense and that is executed. 8 years is long enough to get their stuff sorted without needing further capital raises. If their product and tech is all that, the last few years should have served them well from a growth perspective. The 4cs are not indicating things are going in the right direction and as a result the share price continues to suffer. It's not shareholders getting out that are desparate. Its the board and the founders desparately clutching at anything that keeps them in control.
