Was disappointed they chose to use $7m for an acquisition instead of updating their Windows 95 style functionality which has seen them lose -50% in revenue on their core software in the past 10 years.
Every successful modern day software business is cloud SAAS, even if it cost them $5m to update it would be a small price to pay and from a valuation point of view would get re-rated to a higher revenue multiple if there is innovation within it's suite.
