    Well let them prove otherwise and we can discuss then, but 80 degrees (hours? days?) for NdPd 30-40% is not good when others are getting 60+% with just 30 mins of amsul. This is a whole other processing step that requires fuel and equipment etc.

    Also, they are intentionally not telling people how long it was left at 80 degrees. Other posters here have reached out to management and can't get an answer. Other companies do not do this...
