Just from Principle:
If you would have 1 Billion Shares at 1c.
And you consolidate it 1:100.
Thereafter you "would" have 10 Mio Shares at 1.00 $.
Valuation BOTH Cases 10 Mio.
So, in my Opinion, "Nothing really" changes, "just some Zeros" gets changed.
It, at the End, to my Judgement, from a Priciple is actually "just a Kind of Cosmetic".
