The DFS was very conservatively written. In other words, the product prices will only go up from here. And the value added tech coming through.

People it is a different world we live in than the PFS release dates.

James answered several of the negative outbursts by non believers.
1. ADN Board have delivered everything on time form their end as promised. Each process once the paper work is created then has to go through process and approval from ASX and other government bodies which ADN have no control over. So James did apologies for the teams optimism but form their side they work hard to deliver everything from their side on time.
2. We will see cashflow in 2023. However what has changed is within the very conservative DFS, (low estimate product prices and high estimate costs) The cashflow will pay for the 4 process of mine construction upgrades to refine and deliver the more potent Kaolin and our concrete resource (the one reason the concrete resource hasn't added more value to the DFS is because at this stage, even though ADN knows its in the ground, They need drill and receive assays to confirm the resource then start taking the BOA's for that bi-product.) He assures us there will be more the enough to punch the product well into the 28th year and possibly longer.
3. BOA's are on the table for the line of products. They are in meetings with them. The DFS had to be delivered first.
4. James is off to Europe end of month for meetings and presentations on Nanotech line of products inc Carbon Capture, Hydrogen Storage, Micro Plastic capture and water purification and Concrete. Game On traders!

His last line impressed me the most. He stated that the ADN team where completely shocked by the retail reaction. Stated that all in the industry big boys and love the DFS and he's meeting with them next week to bring them in to stabilise this kind of knee jerk reaction. He also stated that the DFS will be updated constantly with value added products.

Joseph did not dance around the questions asked. He simply can't answer questions to timelines and mining potential until each process and paperworks are delivered, reviews by independent sources and signed off on without putting himself in the firing line. He's was very succinct and to the point.

The above is just my point takes and my opinions on the presentation. Do your own research people but Im buying as much as I can before shares under 0.20 disappears into the distance..

Don't forget, importantly, one of the biggest differences between the PFS and DFS was the fact the latter included the construction and processing costs of a plant. That brought the IRR way down, but still a healthy margin. The PFS only accounted for a dig-and-ship of raw product, whereas the DFS comprises production of a refined and valued-added product - a much more profitable outcome over the longer term!

Overall, a solid DFS.

Institutions will soon be onboard as they mop up the cheap shares.
