Don't think the demand will be an issue and think by and large they will go smoothly (as long as people accept construction phase will have its ups and downs particularly given supply chain and resource constraints, although I suspect the resource side will settle down soon enough).

Post funding the next major tick box for me will be strategy for design and construct. Don't foresee PEPR to result in any major issues just possible delays (out of ADN's hands). Again we need to accept such issues as they do not change the fundamentals just the timelines.
