So looking at the important stuff:
Customer - market is growing and expected to be supply limited (best possible scenario for ADN)
Company - company has designed the project to de-risk and add maximum value to shareholders
Commercials - "conservative base case" DFS proves the project is feasible with only upside expected
Product - proven to be world class
