I understand your POV but, i don't think Joe is dodging..he's an engineer and is answering factually...the regulators are the ones who will determine the timeline. That said I think his responses could have been more on the front foot, he should have expected these questions. Something like ...we will submit quality documents in X timeframe and expected processing time is Y, but we are in the hands of the regulator from that point and we will keep SH informed of progress as is consistent with ASX Reg's...
