I just skimmed over the MSI/Jiangsu BOA announcement again. According to the info given in the announcement, you would have to assume it is dead in the water unless it is successfully renegotiated.
"The offtake agreement signed with MSI does contain a number of conditions precedent to be met in respectto a final decision to mine and investment decision required to be made by the joint venture partners, receiptof all mining approvals and achievement of commercial levels of production for the Project during 2022."
In any case, as someone suggested above, a BOA for the high purity coatings product is not going to be relevant to raising the starting capital anyway.
I suspect we are going to have to see new BOAs entered into before this project can secure financing. As James has stated in the past, this isn't a commodity we are selling but industrial materials that have to meet a specification negotiated to clients' needs.
