The only future CPH has is immediate. There is no cash for anything more, and if they were able to raise capital it would have been done by now.
I am highly doubtful investors will get to see the next 4C as by the time 31 July rolls around they will almost certainly be insolvent. Instead of the 4C I expect suspension from which CPH will never arise.
