Like you say this has "YEARS" to run....
Looks like the sp with be depressed for "YEARS" to come if this is the case.
Also there would have been no harm in putting in the presentation a one page run down of the cause of the current legal battle and the fact that they deny all claims.
Nothing more needs to be said just what the case is a bout and that they deniy all claims. It wouldnt be hard but i guess the less people that know about it the better....
