    Good pickup.
    I think it was Pezz who hinted that IMCD were in the wings a few months ago.
    They have an office in Adelaide.
    Also involved in the "Beauty and Personal Care" space according to their website.
    Now lets just see that BOA get executed...(and see how much for - tonnage and price).
    Would love to see the HRM being used by IMCD in Australia - to cut down on freight costs.
