He did not give $8 million. Looks like you are here to ramp this up... love your work. Trust me it was getting boring. GPR has been defaulting on the bonds to Delphi and in this raise they converted the bonds (saved the management), and the Chinese investor chipped in some money. Great thing is from last year's 2 cent they were able to raise money at 2.1 cent. Ah well still a good return than Banks 5%. The new management has at least created some value compared to the old ones.
