James has talked at length about how the banks aren’t familiar with the material and it’s used but they are working hard to make it easier for them to understand, This is important as when the institutional investors want to enter they normally enter through a large placement when the company is really about to take off however as ADN will be able to pay back debt so quickly they wont need a huge placement and will instead go for debt so when the institutional investors want in they will need to buy on market. Will some cap raise be needed prior, yes but will be minimal and I’m sure could be raised from existing sophisticated investors
