Slovenia - was only ever a pilot CBD extraction facility with minimum CBD output. It was never capable of commercial product output. I say ‘was’ because I have severe doubts that this facility is currently operating in any form. I also doubt that it is currently compliant and certified as a GMP facility.

Malta – as I have banged on relentlessly over the past 2+ years, Malta is a total furphy. It was never completed, certainly never ‘officially opened’ by any Maltese politician as was promoted. No facility, no product, no GMP and all funds raised (about $10mill) gone! Why do you think you hear absolutely NOTHING of any substance or proof of the facility from the BOD? Malta is nothing but a myth.
No asset here either!

The liquidator will struggle to raise enough to pay his own fees.
