I’m thinking the water pipeline will be built into this DFS as they know they need it anyway in order to ramp up. This may offset the expected higher increase in IRR for stage 1 but I still expect over 50% . Stage 1b should blow us away with most costs sunk . Like I said last week, Silica in kitchen benchtops should be omitted by changes in government health and safety laws. Great strategy for ADN to supply the market leader with the best products available.
