JM / JR have years invested in getting this thing up and running, as well as extensive knowledge of the resource, refinement and what's needed to get it into production. If they "need to be gone", who exactly do we replace them with at this critical juncture?
Also, if you have invested your trust in Bob K to move the business forward, why wouldn't you trust him to make judgement calls on matters like technical management staffing?
Just senseless down ramping from embittered shareholders who are naive enough to think mouthing off here or on Twitter is going to improve their position.
