People buy into stocks for a number of reasons, good management being an important one. While JM was able to tick off some important milestones, nobody in their right mind could argue his tenure as MD was a successful one. There are more positions in a company than MD, however, and with his experience and knowledge, there is no reason he can't provide good service in his current role. As things stand, I'll trust Wilkes and Katsouleris to make informed calls on that and other questions of staffing.
