    Curiously, and technically, both cement and concrete are correct terms to use - concrete is the finished product and cement is the binder in the mix.

    HRM achieves it's 7% CO2 reduction by lowering the amount of binder (cement & SCMs) needed. Less cement = less CO2.

    (The addressable market in Australia is 29 M cubic metres. HRM was added at 1 kg per m3 in the most recent trials, so, technically, the whole market here is a potential 29,000 tonnes which would seem to realise about $29M in profit. Relatively small...but if a global partner took this on...then truly a 'game changer' if we could sell HRM to the world).

    So, yes, a bit ambiguous but I think Bob is referring to both the cement within concrete, and the finished concrete itself.
