this presentation seems to be indicating that the issue is over timing of payments, not extra payment amounts.
i'm going to seek further clarification on this, but for now it paints a different picture from what was initially intimated. It also seems alot more benign. it just sounds like the cowboys wanted their payments upfront before handing over the keys to the corvette, as opposed to wanting another handout.
