    It would seem that they have something to report and I am optimistic. Two predictions:

    1.) They will announce the completed offtake agreement for Europe, with a healthy pre-payment to offset some of the construction costs
    2.) They will announce completion of the financing arrangements

    This will lead to wide acclaim of the company and the share price to move up to 2.5 cents
