Seems to me we paid for an external "expert" to prep the thing for approval and ya think their job would have been to ensure these things were dealt with before the approval process was entered into
I mean why else contract external and dare I say, expensive experts, to give you something that falls far short of the mark.
Could have asked me and I could have failed just as easily
